In order to best serve our clients, we’ve developed a process that enables us to gather as much information as possible about their specific needs and objectives. That process includes the following:
• Perform an in-depth assessment to fully understand our clients’ approach to the recruiting process and which, if not all, of our services to utilize in order to satisfy the client’s needs most effectively.
• Conduct interviews with all of our candidates prior to submitting their resumes for the client’s consideration.
• Engage in open communications with the client during the candidate submittal process, discussing the background and qualifications of each candidate.
• Contact and screen professional references and provide bar verification, when necessary.
• Coordinate candidate and client interviews.
